For the past three years we have had cluster flies in our loft in October. Each time Dave has been very responsive to my messages, booked an appointment for me within the next couple of days and eradicated the problem very quickly. Very reasonable fees too. Unbelievably speedy, responsive and efficient. Sent a text to Dave at 13:10pm this afternoon with a video of a large wasp nest in the loft. By 14:20pm Dave had travelled to us, assessed what was required and treated the nest. This is his second visit as I have previously used his services to eradicate carpet moths throughout our property. It is so nice to find a good honest person, no flannel, who knows their stuff and deals with your issue in super quick time. Exceeded all my expectations.

Dave was absolutely brilliant. He came to me out of hours to help with wasps that had come through our ceiling. He arrived within 15 minutes and the job was done very quickly and thoroughly. We've had no problem with the wasps returning. Thank you Dave.

We had a wasp nest in our wall cavity & made the classic mistake of blocking the hole, so they chewed through into our home. We were calling late in the day but very relieved when Dave promptly picked up our call and said he could fit us in same evening and he kept us informed of timings. Dave was very approachable, relaxed and proficient in dealing with the problem and gave us good advice on what we should do and look out for, over the next week. He charged us similar rates to the council too and although I hope I wont need to, I would use him again in the future.
